<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing furnace capable of making uniform the internal temperature of a space where an article is fired, without using forced convection.SOLUTION: A firing furnace 1 comprises: sides 2SA and 2SB connected to a support 2B, extending above the support 2B, and surrounding the support 2B; a ceiling 2T connected to the support 2B on an opposite side to a side to which the sides 2SA and 2SB are connected to the support 2B, and opposed to the support 2B; heaters 3SA and 3SB provided at least part of the respective sides 2SA and 2SB, and heating a firing target article; and members 7 and 8 provided above the heaters 3SA and 3SB between the sides 2SA and 2SB and the ceiling 2T, and introducing gas heated by the heaters 3SA and 3SB to a central side of a space surrounded by the support 2B, the sides 2SA and 2SB, and the ceiling 2T.</p> |
