The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing carbonated water and a water treatment apparatus including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for sterilizing carbonated water comprises: a carbonic acid storage unit for setting a supply pressure in accordance with an input signal of pressure control and supplying carbon dioxide stored inside with the set supply pressure; a carbonated water tank for generating carbonated water by mixing fluid with carbon dioxide supplied from the carbonic acid storage unit; and a flow path change unit for supplying the carbonated water to a sterilization region by changing a supply flow path of the carbonated water discharged from the carbonated water tank in accordance with the input signal of pressure control.
