<p>The present invention relates to a hinge apparatus for an arm rest. An arm rest can be positioned at various rotation angles within a predetermined rotation section and can be supported at the rotated position. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hinge apparatus for an arm rest comprises: a rotating hinge bracket fixated to the arm rest and having a shaft insertion hole to be rotated around a shaft of the shaft insertion hole and having a first support protrusion; a fixing hinge bracket having the shaft insertion hole and fixated to an object to be coupled with the arm rest and having a second support protrusion; the hinge shaft sequentially inserted into each shaft insertion hole of the rotating hinge bracket and the fixing hinge bracket to form a cutting region on both sides of a width direction; a torsion spring of which both ends respectively are supported by the first support protrusion and the second support protrusion to provide elasticity to the rotating bracket; and a rotation position control unit having a ring-shaped shaft grip unit and having elasticity.</p> |
