<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform honing on a workpiece with one type of an abrasive stone by enabling an expansion action in a radial direction of the abrasive stone to be constrained using a fluid with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: A honing device includes: an abrasive stone 14; a tapered cone 22 having tapered parts 22a moving an expansion member 24 to which the abrasive stone 14 is attached in a radial direction; fluid-pressure-operated power allocation means such as a hydraulic chamber 44 moving movable shafts 21A and 21B of the tapered cone 22 or the like in an axial direction; constraint means preventing and constraining the axial movement of the movable shafts 21A and 21B of the tapered cone 22 or the like by an on-off valve 54 preventing circulation of a fluid between two chambers 38 and 48; and a housing 12 storing the fluid of the power allocation means and the constraint means.</p> |
