PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function added to a general-purpose application designed to output on a cut sheet, for identifying and eliminating a margin between a text and a header or a footer, not intended by a user when a document having the header and the footer set therein is printed.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processor including a general-purpose application for generating a document, and a printer driver. A function can be added to the general-purpose application by a plug-in. The plug-in includes: setting means for setting the printer driver to paper saving; acquisition means for acquiring information on a header and a footer set in a document; and calculation means for calculating a margin on the basis of the information on the header and the footer. The printer driver instructs a printer to skip printing of the margin calculated. |
