a biologically compatible compound blended with a polymer, wherein the polymer comprises
at least one unit (I)
—CH2—CH2—  (I)and at least one unit (II)wherein,
R1 comprises a component selected from a group consisting of a carboxy, an ester, an ether, an amide, a urethane, an amine, a toluenesulfoester, a 2,2,2-trifluoroethylsulfoester, an epoxy, and a glycidyl group; and R2 comprises a component selected from a group consisting of a hydrogen and an alkyl group.
