<p>The present invention relates to a circuit board test system. The circuit board test system according to the present invention further comprises: a test board; a second socket; and a second maintenance member, in addition to a first socket, a first maintenance member and a pusher. The test board has: a connection circuit for electrically connecting the first socket to the second socket; and a transmission circuit for transmitting electrical signals between a semiconductor element and the circuit board to an oscilloscope. According to the present invention, as configured above, time and inconvenience required for a test are reduced greatly, problems such as signal distortion can be reduced greatly, and an actual product can be tested accurately.</p> |
