PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has an excellent appearance without unevenness even when a conifer plywood board or a planted tree plywood board is used as a base board.SOLUTION: A laminate having a conifer plywood board or a planted tree plywood board and a hot-melt adhesive layer having a foam structure, and a woody plate using the same are provided in this invention. In addition, a method of manufacturing the laminate characterized by infusing an inactive gas in a hot-melt adhesive that has been heated and fused by using a foaming machine for mixing, and by applying the hot-melt adhesive to the conifer plywood board or the planted tree plywood board by a knife coating method after the hot-melt adhesive is formed is provided in the invention. The laminate disclosed by the invention has an excellent appearance without unevenness even when the conifer plywood board or the planted tree plywood board is used as the base board.
