A startup limitation method for a fuel cell vehicle. In particular, a sensor is used to determine whether or not a hydrogen inlet door of the fuel cell vehicle is opened. When the hydrogen inlet door is opened, shutting down the fuel cell vehicle. A pressure of a hydrogen storage tank of the fuel cell vehicle is measured, and in response, the fuel cell vehicle is shut down when an increase of the pressure of the hydrogen storage tank of the fuel cell vehicle exceeds a predetermined pressure variation range if the fuel cell vehicle has not already been shut down due to the hydrogen inlet door of the fuel cell vehicle being opened. |
