Disclosed are a biological network analyzing device and method. The biological network analyzing method comprises the steps of: receiving biological data from an external server; extracting biological information from the received biological data, and generating a biological interactive database; storing the generated biological interactive database; receiving the input of a plurality of biological objects for a simulation; and setting each of the inputted plurality of biological objects as nodes, automatically generating a Boolean rule based on the generated biological interactive database, and performing a simulation. Accordingly, the biological network analyzing method can generate a biological interactive database, and conveniently design a biological network and perform a simulation based on biological interactive information. |
