REMAINING LIFETIME INSPECTION METHOD FOR WELDED PORTION OF HEAT RESISTANT MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining lifetime inspection method of a welded portion of a heat resistant member capable of accurately acquiring a remaining lifetime parameter related to a remaining lifetime of the welded portion of the heat resistant member.SOLUTION: A remaining lifetime inspection method of a welded portion of a heat resistant member includes: a preliminary step of acquiring correspondence between amplitude data and a remaining lifetime parameter related to a remaining lifetime of a welded portion of a heat resistant member which is an inspection object; an actual measurement step of acquiring map data; and an analysis process of acquiring the remaining lifetime parameter of the welded portion based on the amplitude data contained in the correspondence acquired in the preliminary step and the map data acquired in the actual measurement step. The actual measurement step includes: a first scanning step of sequentially arranging probes on a plurality of measuring points on a path extending in a direction orthogonal to a weld line, and acquiring a plurality of pieces of temporary map data; and a first synthetic step of generating the map data acquired in the actual measurement step by extracting the maximum amplitude data for each coordinate from a plurality of pieces of amplitude data contained in the plurality of pieces of temporary map data and combining them.
