PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit that is almost free from the influence of a resonance frequency and allows preventing variation in isolation characteristics.SOLUTION: A switching circuit 504 includes first to (N+1)th input/output terminals T1 to T(N+1) and first to Nth FETs 10to 10, for an integer N of two or more. When one of a source terminal and a drain terminal is called a first end and the other of the source terminal and the drain terminal is called a second terminal, the first input/output terminal T1 is electrically connected to all the first terminals of the first to Nth FETs 10to 10. For each of integers i from 1 to N, a second end of i-th FET is electrically connected to an (i+1)th input/output terminal. For at least any of integer j from 1 to N, an electrical series connection of an inductor component and a resistor component is electrically connected between a first end and a second end of a j-th FET so as to be in parallel to the j-th FET. |
