The transport vehicle door leaf comprises: - an interior panel, - an exterior panel and, - an intermediate panel (130) which is placed between the interior and exterior panels, comprising first (134) and second (141) faces for attaching the two, interior and exterior, panels, the faces being opposite one another and facing respectively toward the interior panel and toward the exterior panel, the intermediate panel (130) comprising a sheet of material, said sheet of material comprises two opposite faces (133, 134) and a collection of raised zones (140) each comprising a summit (141) delimited by a sidewall (132) and projecting from one (133) of the faces of the sheet, the other (134) of the faces of the sheet forming the first attachment face and the summits (141) of the collection of raised zones (140) forming the second attachment face, the raised zones (140) and the associated sidewalls (132) thereof being arranged such that the number, position and shapes thereof are optimized according to the most mechanically stressed regions of the door leaf (100). |
