PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of suppressing the amount of use of materials related to the formation of a dust collection device and suppressing the enlargement of the dust collection device.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 1 includes: a dust collection container 22 that is cylindrically formed with a circular cross section having a bottom opening surface 22b and is removable with respect to a body part 2; a lid part 50 arranged to be openable with respect to the bottom opening surface 22b of the dust collection container 22; a hinge part 60 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the dust collection container 22 in order to connect the dust collection container 22 to the lid part 50; a shaft part 62 arranged in the hinge part 60 so as to be the rotation center of the lid part 50 to be opened/closed; and a holding member 63 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the dust collection container 22 in order to hold the shaft part 62. The holding member 63 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the dust collection container 22 through the use of screws 64a and lock parts 65 including pawl parts 65a and lock holes 65b arranged in the holding member 63 and the dust collection container 22. |
