<p>Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending a signal in a soft handoff region of an unbalanced region of a heterogeneous network, which relate to the technical field of communications and can enable a user equipment in the unbalanced region not to bring unstable uplink interference to a micro base station in the heterogeneous network. In the embodiments of the present invention, a data signal sent by a user equipment in an unbalanced region is received by a micro base station in a heterogeneous network, and a receiving power of the received data signal is compared with first target power, and according to a comparison result, the micro base station in the heterogeneous network sends a first power control command to the user equipment in the unbalanced region, so that the user equipment in the unbalanced region adjusts a sending power of a data signal according to a received first power control command. The solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention is suitable for use when a signal in a soft handoff region of an unbalanced region of a heterogeneous network is sent.</p> |
