The present invention discloses a system for managing waste water quality. The system for managing waste water quality includes: a management item setting unit which sets a water quality item or a desired value of a process capacity index; a measuring unit which is installed on a plurality of wastewater treatment tanks individually to measure management factors according to the water quality management item; a data collection unit which collects the data measured in the measuring unit; and a control unit which analyzes or evaluates the collected data and sets a measure for improvement to control the management factors corresponding to the water quality management index so as to maintain the process capacity index above the desired value.
