<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device which reports a cash amount in a machine by the automatic transaction device and a counting method of a cash amount in the automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: During a deposit transaction, eliminated objects eliminated from currencies to be used for the transaction are housed in a rejection cassette, and a value obtained by subtracting from a result of deposited money counting a currency quantity housed in a recycle cassette is a currency quantity housed in the rejection cassette. During a payment transaction, rejected currencies whose denomination and number are clear are housed in the rejection cassette, the other rejected currencies are housed in the recycle cassette, a value obtained by adding to the currency quantity that has reached a deposit/payment port of an automatic transaction device a currency quantity housed in the rejection cassette is a decreased amount of a cash amount in the recycle cassette. After the automatic transaction device performs automatic counting processing, it notifies a host system of an in-machine cash amount and confirmation situations of the in-machine cash amount.</p> |
