The invention relates to a surgical assembly for the implantation of an implantable device (301) in a cavity formed in an osseous structure, comprising abase template (501) intended to be fixed to the osseous structure and a plurality of interchangeable templates (502) intended to be successively coupled to the base template(501),each of the interchangeable templates having at least one through opening to be used for guiding of a tool to form the cavity in the osseous structure and/or position of the implantable device into the cavity.
