The purpose of the present invention is to provide a woven gauze fabric which has nice texture and can be sewn. A woven gauze fabric comprising a front surface layer gauze produced using a twisted yarn, a back surface layer gauze produced using a twisted yarn, and an intermediate layer gauze produced using a twisted yarn, wherein the intermediate layer gauze is arranged between the front surface layer gauze and the back surface layer gauze, the front surface layer gauze and the back surface layer gauze are bound to each other directly and/or indirectly, the twisted yarn in the front surface layer gauze is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less, the twisted yarn in the back surface layer gauze is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.3 or less, and the twisted yarn in the intermediate layer gauze is a twisted yarn having a twist factor of 3.5 or more. |
