<p> This steel sheet rinsing agent composition comprises: (a) at least one compound selected from compounds represented by general formula (1); (b) at least one compound selected from compounds represented by general formula (2); and (c) at least one compound selected from esters derived from a C10-22 fatty acid and a polyvalent alcohol having 2-6 hydroxyl groups. This steel plate rinsing agent composition has superior drying properties in rinsing under low temperatures and superior drying properties in short-duration rinsing compared to conventional rinsing agents.</p> |
