The present invention relates to a triboelectric energy generator using the control of a dipole polarization direction and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention controls the direction of an electrostatic feature generated due to friction through the control of a dipole polarization by using a ferroelectric or piezoelectric feature of a material. Thus, the present invention improves an output and comprises a sliding of thin film and disk type triboelectric energy generation device by only the control of the dipole polarization without a separate patterning process.
