PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a touch panel substrate with a cured film, which has a desired shape, excellent transparency and sufficient low moisture permeability and rust preventing property even in a thin film state, a photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive element used for the method, and a touch panel obtained by the method for manufacturing a touch panel substrate with a cured film.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a touch panel substrate with a cured film comprises: forming a photosensitive resin composition layer that comprises a di(meth)acrylate compound having a dicyclopentanyl structure or a dicyclopentenyl structure, on a touch panel substrate; curing a predetermined part of the photosensitive resin composition layer by irradiation with actinic rays; and removing the photosensitive resin composition layer except for the predetermined part so as to form a cured film of the photosensitive resin composition that partially or entirely covers the entire substrate.
