PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that can produce a laminate excellent in adhesion to a substrate under moist heat conditions and in appearance, to provide a two-pack type adhesive for laminates that comprises the resin composition, to provide a laminated film that has a layer comprising the adhesive and to provide a back sheet of a solar battery.SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) a polyester polyurethane polyol having a branch structure in the molecule and having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 80,000 to 150,000 and a molecular weight distribution of 5.0 to 30.0, (B) a hydroxyl group-containing epoxy resin, (C) a hydroxyl group-containing polycarbonate resin, a tackifier and an aliphatic polyisocyanate, and has a blending ratio of the tackifier based on 100 pts.mass of the polyester polyurethane polyol (A) of 10 to 30 pts.mass. The adhesive comprises the resin composition. The laminated film has an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive and the back sheet of a solar battery has an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive. |
