PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and an air conditioning control method capable of simplifying control by performing the control for adjusting temperature and humidity without depending on an outside air condition.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 is constituted so as to set temperature and humidity at a point on a target curve according to at least either of air supply temperature or air supply humidity to target temperature and target humidity, respectively. In addition, an air supply temperature regulator 110 is constituted so as to control at least one of a front stage heater 12, a humidity controller 20, and a rear stage heater 14, and to regulate the air supply temperature Tα to follow the target temperature Tt based on deviation between the air supply temperature Tα and the target temperature Tt. Furthermore, an air supply humidity regulator 112 is constituted so as to control at least one of the front stage heater 12, the humidity controller 20, and the rear stage heater 14, and to regulate the air supply humidity Mα to follow the target humidity Mt. |
