PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in real time a customer's interest in a commodity, detailed information on a transition process of the interest, and the customer's information.SOLUTION: A space measurement sensor 102 detects customers passing in a detection range of the measurement sensor 102. The measuring apparatus includes: a recording device having a means that records the detected customers with detection times, captures, among the detected customers, each customer who touches a commodity on a commodity shelf 3 and records locations and times of touches on the commodity shelf 3 by the customer; and a correlation device having means for calculating a context of time-series locations and times of touches recorded in the recording device. An image input camera 103 or the space measurement sensor 102 detects whether a customer looks in a direction of the commodity shelf 3. The measuring apparatus further includes means for recording the time and location of each detected customer and an attribute device for obtaining the age and gender of the customer. |
