PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user using a cash card and a credit card and the like at the same time to integrally manage a bank account and a use situation of the credit card.SOLUTION: An IC card comprises an electric power source, short-range radio communication means capable of performing transmission/reception with an ATM or a POS terminal, and display means capable of displaying data on a surface of the card. When receiving the completion of a disbursement request from the ATM, the IC card acquires account transaction data in a bank account by the short-range radio communication means. Also, when receiving the completion of a settlement request for shopping from the POS terminal at the time of the shopping at a store, the IC card acquires card use data by the short-range radio communication means. The account transaction data and the card use data are stored in data storage means within the card. Then, on the basis of the account transaction data, the card use data, and a depositing and dispensing tendency of the account in the past, an estimated balance of the bank account in a predetermined period is calculated and the calculated estimated balance is enabled to be displayed on the display means on the card. |
