Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications. Provided are a broadcast control bandwidth allocation and data transceiving method and apparatus, so that a conventional channel public mode is changed into a mode in which time-frequency multiplexing is performed on a channel according real-time use condition of a user equipment, thereby greatly improving the utilization rate of the original channel. The method comprises: obtaining position information and channel distribution information of current user equipments; preprocessing time-frequency resources of channels according to the position information and the channel distribution information of the current users; updating bandwidth allocation information according to preset bandwidths of and the number of data channels and control channels as well as the number of repetition times corresponding to the data channels and the control channels; and sending broadcast information to the user equipments through a broadcast channel, the broadcast information in the broadcast channel at least comprising the bandwidth allocation information, so that the user equipments determine, according to the broadcast information, control channels and data channels required by data transmission for a first number of repetition times.
