PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode that has a sufficient conductivity and a sufficient light-transmitting property, and also has an excellent durability (stability of light transmittance and electrode life), and an electronic device and an organic electroluminescent element having the transparent electrode.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode has a conductive layer, and an intermediate layer provided adjacent to the conductive layer. The intermediate layer contains an asymmetric compound having a nitrogen atom with an unshared electron pair not involved in aromaticity. The content of a nitrogen atom with an unshared electron pair not involved in aromaticity in the asymmetric compound (nitrogen atom number/compound molecular weight) is 0.40% or more. The conductive layer comprises one metal element selected from copper, gold and platinum as the main component. |
