The present invention relates to a curable silicon rubber composition for LED packaging, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The composition particularly comprises at least one tackifier component D which contains: a) an isocyanurate compound E having an alkenyl group or a silicon-hydrogen group; and b) an adhesion-giving ingredient having at least two functional groups selected from an alkenyl group, an epoxy group, an alkoxy group, and a silicon-hydrogen group, the ingredient consisting of polysiloxane F and an arbitrary coupler G.
