The present invention manufactures isogrid panel structures, which are formed by reinforcing a face sheet with ribs, at low cost. The method is provided with: a step for cutting a tube (11) into multiple tubes (12-1 - 12-n) (Step S1); and a step for bonding the multiple tubes (12-1 - 12-n) to a face sheet (14) so that the ribs for reinforcing the face sheet (14) are formed from the multiple tubes (12-1 - 12-n) (Step S2). With such a method for manufacturing isogrid panel structures, it is possible to manufacture isogrid panel structures, which are formed by reinforcing a face sheet (14) with ribs, at low cost by forming the ribs for reinforcing the face sheet (14) from multiple tubes (12-1 - 12-n).
