<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating and dehydrating screen residue, capable of efficiently separating screen residues compared to a conventional one, in a facility requiring dehydration of screen residues such as a water sewage treatment facility or a pump location facility. <P>SOLUTION: The aperture ratio of each aperture hole formed on an outer cylinder screen 2 having constant inner diameter and outer diameter on the rear stage side B is set smaller than that on the front stage side A, and the diameter of a screw shaft 3 arranged in the outer cylinder screen 2 is gradually increased toward the rear stage side B from the front stage side A. The screw blade 6 formed on the screw shaft 3 includes two screw vanes (6a, 6b) on the front stage side A and only a screw vane 6a on the rear stage side B. The pitch of the screw blade 6 is set constant on the front stage side A, and is reduced toward a screen residue discharge part 5 on the rear stage side B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
