A hydraulic transmission comprises a hydraulic pump (12), a plurality of hydraulic motors (14A, 14B) a controller (30), where the controller includes: a total displacement determination unit (32) for determining a total displacement D total of the hydraulic motors; a displacement distribution unit (34) configured to distribute the total displacement D total to each of the hydraulic motors based on a motor information which indicates at least one of an inherent property or an operation state of each of the hydraulic motors and to determine the displacement of each of the hydraulic motors; and a command output unit (36) which is configured to output a command for each of the hydraulic motors so as to achieve the displacement determined by the displacement distribution unit.
