<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of suppressing increase in a width dimension of the printer in which ink storage parts are located on the upper side, a carriage is located on the lower side and an ink tube is disposed between the ink storage parts and the carriage. <P>SOLUTION: The printer includes: the carriage 31 having a printing head 34 and a sub-tank 35; the ink storage parts 55 located on the upper side of the carriage 31; a first guide means 32 located below the carriage 31 and guiding sliding of the carriage 31 along the main scanning direction; a second guide means 33 located above the carriage 31 and guiding sliding of the carriage 31 along the main scanning direction; and the flexible ink tube 60 supplying ink from the ink storage parts 55 toward the sub-tank 35. The longitudinal direction of the ink tube 60 is provided along the main scanning direction, and the width direction of the ink tube 60 is provided along the depth direction orthogonal to the main scanning direction and vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
