<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control lowering of pH over time due to decomposition of chlorobutanol in an ophthalmic agent containing medications and chlorobutanol. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmic agent includes medications, chlorobutanol, boric acid and a sugar alcohol. The medications are not less than one kind selected from among chlorpheniramine maleates, ketotifen fumarates, tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride, neostigmine methyl sulfates, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, taurine, sodium chondroitin sulfates, pyridoxine hydrochloride, potassium L-aspartate, flavin adenine dinucleotide sodium, cyanocobalamin, sodium cromoglycate, allantoin, sodium azulene sulfonate,ε-aminocaproic acid, and pranoprofen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
