<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending material for bending for each of desired pitches or desired angles, and a bending method and a graphic preparing device of the bending material. <P>SOLUTION: In the bending material for bending a product with a curved surface by positioning with respect to a punch 11 and a die 5 of the press brake 1 for each of the desired pitches and bending along a bending line for each of the desired pitches, when the curved surface is formed by bending a material body 61A in the shape of the developed product along the bending line 65 for each of the desired pitches, a horizontally holding side of the material body 61A horizontally held to gauge members 29L and 29R provided on the press brake 1 to be freely movable in the front and rear directions has auxiliary protrusion pieces 69A and 69B, and the auxiliary protrusion pieces 69A and 69B have abutting and positioning sides 71A and 71B to be abutted and positioned on the gauge members 29L and 29R when positioning the desired bending line in the bending position by the punch and the die, and the abutting and positioning sides 71A and 71B and the desired bending line 65 are formed to be parallel with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
