According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a slab scarfing device scarfing an edge portion of a slab manufactured through a continuous casting process to be a desired shape. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the slab scarfing device comprises: a frame arranged in a side of a moving slab; and a scarfing nozzle mounted on the frame and injecting scarfing gas toward at least one side of a side surface, an upper surface, and a lower surface of the slab. The scarfing nozzle comprises: a base mounted on the frame; and an exit cartridge mounted on the base and injecting scarfing gas to an exit of which a shape is changed.
