<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear for exercising a balancing which alleviates kinks of knees and legs through exercises such as a squat movement and taking steps with wearing the footwear on a foot and allows a user to work out such a training as a way of balancing. <P>SOLUTION: The shoes 1 for exercising a balancing include balancing exercising elements 2 on the bottom surfaces thereof, wherein the balancing exercising elements 2 are disposed in directions or positions so as to work out an objective balancing exercise.
