The unit (Z) has a flange part (2) with a sealing system (3) detachably connected to a side of a cylinder (1). A bearing bushing (31) and a radially outermost component (11) of the cylinder are bare against the flange part to form an intermediate gap (4). A spring device (5) includes a distal portion supported on the component and proximal portion on a bushing facing outside the flange part. The outermost component and an inner component (12) include a metallic welded connection in a region of a surface bearing between the body and the cylinder. The spring device is a tensioned disk-shaped spring.
