ALKYLOXY SUBSTITUTED THIAZOLOQUINOLINES AND THIAZOLONAPHTHYRIDINES

The application relates to thiazoloquinolines and thiazolonaphthyridines of the general formula (see above formula) where RA and RB taken together form a fused benzene ring or fused pyridine ring, and where an alkoxy substituent is present at the 7-position. The application also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, intermediates, methods of making and methods of use of these compounds as immunomodulators, for inducing cytokine biosynthesis in animals and in the treatment of diseases including viral and neoplastic diseases.
