The present invention relates to a filter assembly for a high-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid filtering apparatus including the same. More specifically, the present invention can ensure a high flow rate while filtering the high-viscosity fluid, maximize the service life by minimizing the pressure difference at the same time, and have high filtering efficiency. The filter assembly can prevent the compression of a filter medium while filtering the high-viscosity and high-concentration fluid to form a smooth flow path and be used in a high-pressure condition. The filter assembly also has excellent mechanical properties.
