The present invention relates to a method to generate file managing information which generates file managing information by using file information, a management system which manages a file by using the generated file managing information, and a file managing method of the management system. A software installation file management information generating method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting file information of a file existing in a terminal device; and providing a rank of an installation file for the file by using the file information.
