The invention relates to powder and none ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to sintered iron-based anti-friction materials for use in fabricating details used in friction units. It is characterized in that a mechanically activated sintered iron-graphite composite for female dies of combined casting and rolling for pressing based on iron and carbon-containing component comprises casting and cryptocrystalline graphites as a carbon-containing component with the following component ratio, wt.%: iron - 96.5-98.5, casting graphite - 0.2-0.8, cryptocrystalline graphite - 1.3-1.8. The proposed composition of a sintered iron-graphite composite provides to preserve physical and mechanical properties at a substantial charge lower cost and due to mechanical activation of graphite powder durability of technological process and input of materials are significantly shortened, thus reducing total costs. |
