The present invention discloses an associated service providing system capable of using query images subsequently to provide an associated service list and a method thereof. The associated service providing method includes the steps of: obtaining query images from one or more seed contents transmitted from a first terminal to a second terminal; requesting a search for content information, which is the information included in the seed contents, by using the obtained query images; and using the obtained content information according to the request to provide one or more associated services related to the seed contents.
