<p>The present invention relates to laver seasoned with silkworm thorn (Cudrania tricuspidata) powder and preparation method thereof. The present invention seasons the roasted laver coated with oil with salt including the silkworm thorn powder. Accordingly, the present invention can inhibit the formation of lipid peroxides in the seasoned laver by using the antioxidant action of the fatty acid composition in the laver and the silkworm thorn, thereby suppressing the oxidation process while adding the ingredients contained in the silkworm thorn powder. The present invention also maintains the crunchy texture of the laver.</p> |
