<p>The present invention relates to a technology of manufacturing a water treatment carrier coated with a non-photocatalyst, which includes: a) titanium dioxide; b) transition metal; c) lower alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and d) de-ionized water, and purifying the quality of water using a water treatment apparatus comprising the same. The water treatment carrier coated with a non-photocatalyst, in accordance with the present invention, is capable of eliminating total phosphorus and total nitrogen in sewage or wastewater with high efficiency by exhibiting a catalytic activity even under the condition of no light irradiation and preventing water pollution by removing green tide, red tide, oil spills in the water, nonpoint pollutants, and the like. Moreover, the present invention exhibits continuous reusability due to excellent color fastness to washing, thereby being able to be applied to various water treatment apparatuses.</p> |
