The present invention relates to a system for controlling a chlorine gas disinfecting facility and an operating method thereof. The system for controlling a chlorine gas disinfecting facility composed of one or more devices to input chlorine gas for water purifying treatment comprises: a control unit which is connected to each device to collect data information including operating state or error information of the device; a smart device which can be wirelessly connected to the control unit and wirelessly connected to the device if the apparatus is in local area of the device to receive a part of all of the data information from the control unit; and a supporting server which is connected to the control unit through a network, stores a part or all of the data information transferred from the control unit and is accessible by a manager who supports maintenance of the device.
