According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sensor unit for sensing particulate matters included in an exhaust gas to be arranged on an exhaust line to allow the exhaust gas to pass through may comprise: a base substrate; an electrode part formed on the outer side of the base substrate; and a heater electrode formed inside the base substrate to burn and remove the particulate matters adhering to the electrode part by heating. The sensor unit for sensing particulate matters may further include an insulation layer for covering the heater electrode. The base substrate comprises: an upper base substrate arranged on one side; and a lower substrate bonded to the upper substrate. The insulation layer may be interposed between the upper and lower substrates.
