An address detection circuit includes: one or more address storage units; an initialization unit which deletes each target address stored in the address storage units if the total number of instances of any address input from the input point of the target address divided by the number of the instances of the target address input is larger than N; a detection unit which detects the addresses stored in the address storage units having respectively having an input number larger than a reference value; and a selection unit which selects one of the address storage units not storing addresses to store an input address.
