FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: menstrual discharge supernatant in an amount of 0.2 ml is applied drop-shaped on the slide surface, covered with a cover glass, dried at a room temperature; the produced samples are microscopically analysed; if observing parallel structures therein, fast-growing hysteromyoma is diagnosed, whereas transient forms show simple hysteromyoma. The invention simplifies the differential diagnosis of simple and fast-growing hysteromyoma with normal endometrial structure, over a short period of time with using small amounts of biological fluids and minimum material inputs.EFFECT: simplifying the differential diagnosis of simple and fast-growing hysteromyoma with normal endometrial structure.2 dwg, 2 ex
