FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: shaft is balanced during balancing of a rotor assembly of a centrifugal compressor, and impellers are balanced on a balancing mandrel with a conical mounting surface, thus determining and marking on the shaft and hubs of impellers the places of maximum radial beating of mounting surfaces; impellers are put on the shaft with a preload, thus combining marked places on the shaft and on the hub. An impeller is put on the balancing mandrel with a preload so that a cover disc can face towards increase of diameter of the conical mounting surface.EFFECT: improving balancing accuracy due to minimisation of mounting imbalance of a rotor impeller, which is determined by its deformation at installation.2 dwg |
